Option to select 'contains goal/initiative' when defining lists/pivots/charts

Hot of the heels of https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/AFPR-I-7718 we quickly saw a need to be able to have a higher level goal/initiative as the primary record and be able to choose a 'contains goal/initiative' option.

The use case for this is to be able to see a middle tier goal as the primary record, its data, perform calculations on the relationship between benchmark, target and current, whilst rolling up to its parent and looking down to its children. The benefit of the contains option rather than starting with the lower level goal as the primary record is to be able to see any blanks in the child level. If we start with the child as the primary record, we will not get results back for data that's not there.

Seeing that a parent record has no children is an important step in auditing the integrity of the data in a large organisation.
