Limit number of people who can work together on a feature

I would like to specify the number of people from a team who can effectively work on a feature and have that be taken into account in the capacity report in order to avoid the problem of the mythical man month.

Today the capacity report can be used to determine if a team is over capacity at any point in the plan.

However without constraining the number of developers who can effectively work together on a feature it is possible to construct a plan that assumes that an un-realistic number of people work together in a short time frame to finish a feature.

It would be great if the capacity report could detect this problem as well using information about the effective number of developers for each particular feature.

The effective number of developers obviously varies by feature so it will have to be added to the advanced estimate for each feature. Perhaps this information could be added as another column to the table of total estimates.
