View more than 20 users at a time from account settings

Configure a drop-down selector to allow an administrator to view more than 20 users at a time, for example (20, 50, 100, 500, 1000). Currently, if you try to check a few users for a bulk update and then navigate to the next page of users, the checked user is not retained. It would be easier to perform bulk updates to a select of users if more users could be viewed per page.
