Make Original Estimate (Feature only) compatible with Calculated Columns in a report Merged

I want to be able to calculate on "Feature original estimate" and other estimation fields, but currently the Equation Builder says these fields are "incompatible with calculation columns". Make all estimation fields denominated in minutes and treated as a number fields.
