As a product manager, I would like to create a report that sorts Ideas by latest public comment so that I can fluidly respond to the latest customer questions and feedback as I would with an email inbox or to-do list.

    Never mind, found the "last active Idea" selection. "Idea Newsfeed" report, it is!
