Add tool tips to whiteboard menus

When an object is selected on a whiteboard, not all of our menu items are intuitive. It would be great to add tool tips (just a word or two) to explain what these buttons will do so I don't have to pursue trial by error.

For example, on the attached screenshot, I didn't know what the group and ungroup buttons did.
