Bulk Edit Contacts

For GDPR we have to give contacts the opportunity to opt out of communications from us. I have a list of contacts who no longer wish to recieve comms and I want to be able to add a TAG to these. At the moment, I have to individually add this to every record. There must be other reasons to want to bulk edit contacts.
