Add label dropdown select list when creating parent lines

Currently the only way to visualize multiple levels of goal or initiative rollups is to use the hierarchy report. Creating a hierarchy report can often be challenging because the labels used when creating parent lines are rarely defined to use consistent nomenclature.

To make the importance of the label more clear it would be helpful to first be presented with a dropdown selection with common labels such as Company, Business Unit, Division, Product Line, Group, Line of Business. And give the user the option to "Enter your own" if their terminology doesn't fit the common pre-defined examples.

This should help provide a step to make a decision, since the existing help text is frequently not used.

Additionally, it would be helpful to make the label available for bulk editing for companies to adjust their settings as re-orgs and internal changes can happen often.
