Track changes across your roadmap
Now, you can see key updates — like timeline shifts and scope changes — by adding history fields to list and pivot reports in Aha! Roadmaps.

As a Project Manager I need the ability to export and keep the History tab on my Aha requests. I've had multiple instances of my original Aha request being closed (and archived) and a new Aha request is created so the time clock starts over and it looks like a new request - even though my original request was submitted months earlier and multiple comments have been added to it. I've asked if they can "un-archive" the original request and I was told they cannot. I want to be able to download my requests including all the comments on the History tab so I have it and don't have to do my best to recreate the history that's basically being deleted.
For audit and reporting purposes, I need to identify the user(s) editing records without reviewing each user's activity individually.
We have finance specific fields that need to be audited easily across many records. Right now there is no streamlined way to find this information, even with the recent change to click into the field (as you first have to find it). Ideally we could look and say "Show me all changes to this Field across Epics". We would be open to an API solution if not in the UI.
Adding our use case.
As a manager, I need to see the who made changes to a specific field across Ideas or Features during a specific time period, so I can measure which users are following our process to put in required information.
Having the history to export will allow us to aggregate in reporting to understand usage of the product and our process. I understand I can view for a single record or view in pagination for a specific user but makes reporting a non starter.
