Fix SPAM

We use your Ideas feature. It is published insider our product, which requires a login. Yet, 99% of the "ideas" we receive are SPAM. The vast majority of those are for various prescription drugs.

You need to improve your ability to automatically filter out SPAM. At the very least, you should have a suspected SPAM list based on key words. Really not a very difficult feature to build.

    We have closed a loophole that some individuals used in order to evade our spam detection. We expect that you will see a reduction in spam on your portal going forward.

    This idea will stay open so that we can continue gathering feedback on the need for any additional keyword-based spam filtering.

    While the volume does look like it decreased some, we are still seeing spam on a daily basis with spam filter on. We can't open other idea portals that we'd like to to our clients because of this, due to the concerns it would cause if clients started seeing this spam as "ideas" to vote on.
