Reviewers should not be able to move features around a workspace, even if it does warn them they can't do that

I had a reviewer go into the features board and they were able to highlight a feature and move it into another release. On their screen it stayed in the new release and gave a warning at the top saying "you do not have permission to do this" (or something similar). On my end nothing moved and when she refreshed the page everything was back to normal, but a reviewer should have access to dummy move around features
