Include a data field for Idea Age

The idea age is something that we are looking at to improve our governance of Aha. By looking at the age we can quickly see ideas that have been on the system for awhile but may not be getting the proper attention. In particular, for ideas that have aged awhile and have high vote counts we want to ensure those are prioritized for users.
