Add Report favorites to the My Work page Merged

I am really loving the My Work page for my day to day and team training activities. The only gap is being able to have my Favorite reports showing directly on the my work sidebar for easy referencing. Going to Roadmaps overview and then loading them there is an extra step and it can be hard to bring up exactly what i need in a timely fashon.
