Dynamic forms can display follow-up fields on the same page

My dynamic forms have several yes/no questions where a yes answer requires that more fields be filled out. Currently this creates many steps for a user to go through, often with just one question. In other systems I am able to show the follow-up questions below the yes/no field for a more streamlined user experience.
