User flow:
When writing up the description for Release or Epic or Feature I have ability to paste in the image. In the release description I would usually paste in mockups for each step of the journey (can be up to 100 images). Each pasted image then gets attached into the image section. All good.
Problem:
In real life we make mistakes, user test results came back later, or someone requested a small change that effects all the screens. Now I need to go and updated all 100 mockups to reflect the change. In Aha I now have double work. I need to manually remove each image attachment individually, if I keep them there my college might take the old design and share that with development team. It would be a great improvement and time saver if:
option 1: provide a bulk delete all images/attachments option
option 2 (even better): Have a sync between the images that are removed from description and auto remove the images from attachment section.
Absolutely Option 2! When deleting images from a feature (or epic etc...), if I do it by selecting the image where it exists in the feature body and click delete, it removes it from the body of the feature but remains as an attachment, meaning I have to delete everything twice. When there are features with many images, it is not feasible to just delete the attachment first as then it’s not clear what image in the body I have deleted. Please sync these or have an option to do so, or a popup that asks if you want to delete the attachment as well
