As an admin of an idea portal, I want to control which specific email templates are triggered for an idea so that I can communicate with customers when the most important changes occur on an idea that they care about.
For example, we have customers who complain about too many email notifications and that they only care about when the status of an idea changes or when an admin replies to an idea they are subscribed to. They do not care to receive a confirmation message for submitting an idea or to see when other users comment on an idea because these things are less important and are easily accesible by logging into the portal.
Agreed! I would like to be able to select which notifications my portal users get. They want the status update and admin response emails but not the free-for-all comment emails. Each type of template should be enable-able or disable-able.
