Error upon attaching files to Epic

When i attempt to attach certain .xls files to an epic, aha returns the following error, "Upload failure reason unknown",

    Thank you for reaching out. When files are attached they are reviewed by a virus scanner. Some files may be too complex for the scanner and fail to attach. Could you try the recommendations from this article?
