Enable browser autocomplete suggestions on Ideas portal sign-in (email field)

When you provide a user with a link to the Ideas portal, they are prompted to enter their e-mail address to sign-in. For some reason, there is no browser autocomplete suggestions (e.g. Google Chrome autocomplete suggestions) on the email field therefore the user is forced to type their full email address. It would be a much better user experience if the email field had browser autocomplete suggestions enabled so the user could select their email address from the autocomplete options.
