Update API integrations with JIRA to add Created Date and Resolved Date

Voting for this Idea, since want to use the creation date of jira records for filtering, shown in charts and produce some metrics around it.
Adding the URL field is not a solution, because it only shows a pop-up window to see details in jira side,

So need to be able of mapping this kind of system fields from jira to use it as a column,
