Currently the Amount field in SFDC on an opportunity transfers over to Aha when an idea is created from the opportunity. However, no currency goes with it. We are an international company and so we use multi-currency. The value field in AHA isnt providing us much value without that currency coming in.
Indeed. In SF All currency type field values are available in the default SF tenant currency, be in USD or EUR. Taking the local amount instead of the Converted amount does not make sense and should be an easy fix. Without this the feature is not only poor its misleading.
Agree, in Salesforce all currency fields show a conversion to USD. We would rather have the USD amounts passed through and not the local currency so we can compare all ideas equally.
Copy that. A 2,000,000 yen opportunity is worth 10 times less that a $200,000 opportunity but would carry 10 times as much weight an Aha! ideas report using this data. Without being able to pick up a currency-adjusted value from SFDC this feature is fairly worthless for us.
