Date sort should be less confusing

In the Roadmap -> List, if I look at a release date column and I want to sort, it asks me whether I want to sort "oldest to newest", or "newest to oldest".

All of these dates are in the future. Is 2030 "older" than 2040?

How about "earliest to latest"?
