Fix Backlog Board Formatting

There was a recent change to the formatting of the backlog releases v. actual releases on the epic/feature boards. This is creating bad formatting for those of us using dark readers to help with eyesight/migraines. Please update the formatting so the it can work properly with dark reader programs if you are not going to build a dark mode yourselves. To see, use dark reader add on for chrome and see the backlog. Everyhing is a grey on grey diagonal background with blue text overlayed.
