Make the profile icons consistent in the owners and watchers list

When users do not have a profile picture set, their icons on the watchers list contain their initials but their icon on the owners list is an anonymous profile which is inconsistent and not as meaningful. Please change the owners icon to include the user's initials so that it is consistent with the watchers icon. This is observed on the parent line overview.
