Do not consider 'Will Not Implement' as part of % Complete when calculating by epic % complete
Currently when tracking Release progress based on Epic, the progress calculation is considering Epics with a 'Will Not Implement' status. This is resulting in incorrect visualization and reporting of releases. Initially I thought this was a bug, but was asked to raise as an Idea.
Will Not Implement should not be considered as part of the progress calculation.

This should be a bug - this isn't the way Epic and Features work - the progress calculation ignores Will Not Implement features. Same should apply in Releases and Initiatives when being calculated by the Epics or Features.
