Freeze headers and columns for improved readability Merged

It is challenging in a report or dashboard to work with most reports because scrolling is the browser vs the report content, freezing your column and row titles and as you scroll, you lose context. Most reports are not contained within a single browser frame and why others solve a similar need by freezing and scrolling with the report.

With large portfolios and/or teams where you are reviewing data by initiative, product, assignee, release, etc., retaining this context when scanning through a report to assess what to do a deeper dive in would improve readability and efficiencies when utilizing a report and taking the appropriate next action.
