Add Notes to Dashboards Merged

I love the Dashboard feature and just discovered the power of the Dashboard level filter for Workspace.

I want to be able to share dashboards with team members and stakeholders but am afraid that they will not understand the context, or the action items related to individual panels.

For example, I have created a dashboard to help my team review and cleanup some obsolete or incorrectly tagged data objects. The dashboard starts with panels to highlight features tagged with obsolete initiatives, or features missing initiatives. The workspace feature will enable any PM to go to the dashboard and focus on their workspace.

However, I am afraid that when they get to the dashboard they will not easily understand what each panel represents and what actions they should take to clean up their data.

Being able to add static/global Notes to the Dashboard would be really helpful. I would expect notes to be static and NOT to change with the Workspace filter.
