Increase record limit on the Strategy roadmap

Currently, the Strategy roadmap has a limit of 40 records. When managing a portfolio, it's helpful to see the initiatives and dependencies across portfolio when there are more than 40 initiatives.

One option is to use a custom roadmap, though this does not display the dependencies.

Alternatively, separate Strategy roadmaps need to be saved with different filters to have less than 40 records. However, this makes it challenging (e.g. find logical groupings where there are no dependencies to create separate reports, manage separate roadmap views, add separate slides to presentations).
