Add custom tables in Organizations

We need the ability to add a one-to-many custom table within Organizations.

Use case: for each org, we want to be able to have PMs capture notes from conversations in a structured fashion. Example...

      Orgs in my company are shared across the entire product line, so I'd do it by lines.

      Thank you for submitting this idea! Custom table records are currently stored in workspaces and lines. Where would you like these conversation records stored for organizations?
