Randomized View of Ideas to Better Balance "Page 1 Presence"

Similar to the power of "Page 1 presence" of results on Google, certain Ideas may have low votes because they were deep in the page count. If the "Page 1" of Ideas were randomized, then it would increase the odds of being seen. It would be cool if a "Randomized" view could be selected, automatically scheduled and manually refreshed with a button.
