Update only one field via an existing integration

I have added a new field mapping between Aha! and Rally, within an existing integration. The update direction set up is from Rally to Aha! on this field. There could be a quick way to bring in updates from Rally to Aha! just for this newly added field. Other fields would not need to be updated.
