Customizable aggregated workflow views

I have two separate workflows for our AI team and our Engineering team. Our AI team requires multiple stages of investigation, data collection, model analysis, etc. and our Engineering workflow is much more standard. I'd like to see them both together at the same time with all of the pre-build stages of our AI workflow next to the single pre-build stage of our engineering team. Right now, it seems to default to 1 stage of each, back and forth, until all workflows are on the view. Makes the view very difficult to consume.
