Add approval records to the Aha mobile app Merged

Fixed approval workflows are great but can hold up the development process when someone is on the road. Our team would benefit from being able to approve or comment on assigned approvals through the mobile app. It seems that To-Dos can be completed in the app but Approval-To Do's don't seem to be listed in the mobile app.
