Allow drag and drop columns in Initiatives Workflow View rather than have the columns sorted by date

It would be great to be able to move the columns around so this can be exported and used in external reports or presentations. Currently having the view automatically ordered by date is not great and does not offer a great amount of flexibility for this view.

Thanks for the update. The order of the status' isn't quite correct, however from the article you provided it looks like you can via the administrator, change the order. However, it still means that this will be fixed for all users in the workspace, from what I understand. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

It would be great for the user to be able to control the layout and then save this as a view. So then they can have a customised view when presenting to a Project/ Feature Board which might require a different layout the Product Manager will use on a day to day basis to manage the feature.

Thanks for the article, as it gets me out of the hole for now, but ideally if this could move out of the hands of an administrator to the Aha user, I believe it would be beneficial.

Ok, I see. Thank you for sharing that detail. Are you happy with the order of the statuses in the status dropdown or should those also be in the order you listed above?

You can customize the order of the statuses in your workflow which will also determine the order of the columns in the workflow board. This article explains how to customize your workflow in more detail.

Hi Austin, sure. Essentially within the Initiatives section under Strategy, I can view a list of Initiatives that we are working on. When I switch to the Workflow view however, I would at times like to have columns in a different order to those based on date. For example, I would like to have Backlog items listed first followed by In Progress, Completed, Withdrawn, On Hold etc. which are some of the status' we use. Currently you can add and remove these as columns which is great, but it would also be wonderful to be able to order these as required. Especially when presenting to different audiences.

Hi there, thank you for your idea. Can you share more details about which view you are trying to customize? There are initiative views, for example the strategic roadmap, which do allow for other sorting options beyond just date.
