In-app widget with more portal capabilities

The new in-app widget for idea submission is a good start. However, we would also like it to support more portal capabilities, like suggesting duplicate ideas and voting, all through a private portal. This will help us avoid merging duplicate ideas and would remove the need to send users out to a portal website.
