Provide the ability to move or copy a Strategic Positioning template, similar to the functionality that already exists for moving or copying Strategic Model templates.

    Strategic positioning templates can be copied and moved in Settings > Workspace > Strategic positioning:

    We're about to spend quite a bit of time manually copying a new Strategic Positioning template to 30+ workspaces, would be nice if this was inherited from the Company/Parent Release level.
