Branch Logic - Conditional Formatting of Forms

We have sophisticated intake requests for portfolio work for which we use at the Epic level. To streamline this for our team we would like to have one form where a user is guided through conditionally displayed questions based on previous question answers. Other tools we have used allowed for this. We would love the form to take the answers to these questions and route the request to the proper workspace, assign to proper teams and potentially also set proper follow ups as prescribed by the form workflow. Again, this functionality exists in other tools and we'd love to use that to make our portfolio management efficient at the same time of provided automated governance.
