Collated features workspace

To be able to see features from different workspaces in 1 area that has drag and drop functionality. For example we have feature in workspaces called: game mechanics, live ops and so on... we have given a custom field to say which quarter these will be be released in and now we are wanting to see the Q1 features from all workspaces in 1 place. We then want to be able to drag and drop these into different areas of priority for that quarter. The closest thing I can get is a pivot table to display this infomration but not the functionality of the drag and drop and the parking lots which have the functionality dont allow us to see all features.
