Visual cue that a workspace filter is not applied to dashboard panel

The ability to filter by workspace is very helpful in Aha! dashboards. It means that a single dashboard can be used by many Aha! team members through a simple change of the workspace filter.

Since the workspace filter will only impact panels which have a workspace filter set within the source report it would be great if there was some sort of visual indicating when a panel is not being impacted by the dashboard panel. We would expect to see this visual indicator when viewing the dashboard, but not when we have shared it externally.
