Customize aha embeded links - # mentions

Need '#' inserts customizable, so that along with aha id I see title as well.

The link is not customizable today. I looked through our ideas at big.ideas.aha.io and found that this has not been submitted yet. It would be great if you could take a minute to submit the idea. Our team reviews every idea we receive, and this will allow others to weigh in as well.
