Question mark icon for custom fields in custom table
The question mark icon is helpful when you add a description to a custom field. However when I add custom fields added to a custom table, the question mark doesn't show up. This would be really helpful when providing context or instructions for how to fill out each cell of the table.

This feature request would be beneficial because only a limited number of people can see the description of the field in the admin screens, and we need to be able to clarify what the fields mean, so there is is more standardization of information captured across large teams and across a growing list of custom fields.
