Automations

The ability to trigger automations based on who (or who is not) updating an item would be useful. For example, sending email on Idea update only if not updated by specific users (such as those in the team processing ideas)

Automations are great for improving efficiency. It would be helpful if there was an indicator in the history to track when a change was made by an automation, as opposed to a user directly. This could be as simple as a prefix/suffix on the change ...

For example, if I create a rule that states, when the status of a feature is changed to Closed in Jira, update the status of the initiative; will this change the status of the initiative to closed even though there may be other open features in it...
