Allow Google Authenticator as a 2FA solution instead/on top of Duo. This is for people who do not have Gsuite SSO but want to use a free 2FA solution that does not require an additional account anywhere.

The issue is that we have hundreds of users 'inheriting' access to product workspaces and it would be nice to filter down to see who has access to the product only. We need to be able to filter for 'Access from' in Menu: Info > Workspace Users

Admins should be able to see the "NameID" assigned to SSO users. This is especially helpful when troubleshooting changes to the SSO configuration, or understanding what may have cause a second Aha account to be created for a user.
