When searching for specific Idea using the magnifying glass, allow ability to not see Ideas with specific statuses, e.g. "Released to Production" and not see "Not Enough Value".

On the gantt chat, if a phase or a release doesn't have an end date, the line goes all the way across the screen and fades out. However, if you have a feature on the gantt chart w/o an end date, it does not do this.
