Bulk edit note custom fields

Our companies uses a few custom fields as part of our features. All of the custom fields that we use are notes. Enabling note-type custom fields to be bulk edited would be extremely useful.

Ability to alphabetize a list of options in a field

Who would benefit? Admins What impact would it make? Save lots of time How should it work? A button or dropdown offering ways to sort the list options (ie: alphabetically)

Right Click 'Copy Note' should be renamed 'Duplicate Note'

Who would benefit? People who have monthly team meetings What impact would it make? Medium impact How should it work? Replace 'Copy Note' with 'Duplicate Note' because that is what its doing, its not copying, its copying and pasting.

Pre-populate questions in session

As a moderator of an empathy session, I would like to be able to pre-populate a list of questions so that when the session is started, each question can be quickly added to the discussion at the right time without needing to copy/paste.

Make hours the default when logging effort

Our teams log effort in hours when entering time daily. They are requesting that the default time unit (when entering time without a unit) be in hours instead of days.

Include "Comments" when exporting a single feature

It would be great to have an option when exporting a single feature to have it include the comments. I state as an option because there are instances when the comments are not necessary but for others it is quite necessary.

Share Ideas Embedded in Communities

Our ideas page is embedded into our communities page. Users would like to easily access the idea shareable link directly from the embedded UI without opening the Aha page separately.

Keep User Story Map Steps Visible

It would be helpful to keep the steps in a user story map visible when scrolling down on the page. Essentially, like in Excel freeze the steps row at the top so it's always visible on the page.
