What is the challenge? |
Just to report that the workspace location often changes on a whim. I may be working within a Note in workspace 'A', then check what my personal settings are, or check who has access to the workspace, or check the Ideas Portal for that workspace, and then before I know it I am now in workspace 'Z' without having navigated to it. For example, it often happens that I click on the Ideas Portal for a workspace and I end up seeing the Ideas Portal for a totally unrelated workspace. |
What is the impact? |
I have to keep looking at what workspace I'm in even though I never navigated to a new workspace and am working. Therefore, it's easy to get lost and editing the wrong records because one seamlessly ends up in the wrong place. |
Describe your idea |
Make sure that if one works in a workspace one actually stays there. If it's for technical reasons it is not possible to stay within a workspace (e.g. clicking on the Ideas Portal for the current workspace and ending up in a totally different Ideas Portal), then the navigation/location label should be front and centre to remind people where they are even if they didn't actually navigate there. |
