Team Performance Dashboard

What is the challenge?

I have to build my own dashboards for each team and then share them with the rest of the organisation.

What is the impact?

Creating Dashboards for things like throughput or cycle time, and adding more specific information on the type of work / service levels etc, is time consuming and prone to error.

Describe your idea

I would like to have a set of reports out of the box on a dashboard that shows me the overall performance of my team.
