Support notification on custom table updates

What is the challenge?

Would like to send a notification to specific users when a new record has been added to a custom table.

What is the impact?

Today there is no alert when a custom table record is added or adjusted. Users need to look at reporting to see updates.

Describe your idea

In this scenario, within a custom table there is a custom user field.

This could be done through:

• Supporting the ability to reference the custom user field in triggering notifications directly

• Supporting the ability to reference the custom user field's same values on the related record's watcher field (similar to https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/A-I-9744)
