When creating notes, it would be great if I could tag/mention a to-do (e.g. #TO-DO-123) that links directly to the to-do.

What is the challenge? I have a lot of documents that have been shared with me. The view in "My work" is difficult to navigate. I cannot sort the documents, or use search to find what I am looking for. I would also like these to be in a list view ...

Unless I'm missing it, I don't see where you can add tags to product notes, but it would be useful to be able to do so (as long as those tags fed into a way to search or display content based on the tags).
