User story map

Can you add the ability to add (or re-add) or show completed releases in a user story map. This would enable the full story to be seen on screen.

The Parking Lot release is always the top most release in a Story Map and cannot be collapsed. I'd like to be able to both collapse it like I can on other releases so that I can see the top steps bar and the epics in a specific release.

It would be helpful to keep the steps in a user story map visible when scrolling down on the page. Essentially, like in Excel freeze the steps row at the top so it's always visible on the page.
