Ability to send Aha Defects to Rally as Rally (CA Agile) Defects

We need the ability to send defects to Rally. Currently, we are only able to send features/ user stories which cannot be converted to defects once they are in Rally.

HI, Rally is now called CA Agile. In order to look current, I'd recommend you change the name in the integration pages.

Rally integration - Create and update dependency relationships between features as part of two-way integration

When a feature is sent to Rally, also create predecessor and successor links according to feature links which exist in Aha! Changes to predecessor and successor links in Rally should create or delete feature links in Aha!
